ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF DIGITALIZATION IN THE SYSTEM OF ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION COMPARED TO TRADITIONAL LEARNING

In the context of rapid technological development and changes in the labor market, the system of additional professional education (DPO) must necessarily adapt to new requirements. This article is devoted to the analysis of the economic efficiency of digitalization in the DPO system compared to traditional learning methods. The advantages and disadvantages of both approaches are considered, as well as recommendations for optimizing educational processes. Particular attention is paid to the impact of digital technologies on the availability and quality of education, as well as on the possibility of individualizing educational trajectories, which contributes to an increase in the competitiveness of specialists in the labor market. The article also analyzes examples of successful implementation of digital solutions in educational institutions, which emphasizes the importance of integrating innovative technologies into DPO to improve its effectiveness and relevance in modern conditions
