INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE

This article examines a number of processes from the purchase of raw materials, the organization of production, etc., to the final sale of products to customers as enterprise logistics. Based on this series of processes, logistics management is divided into several subsystems. From the general point of view of logistics, the interdependence and mutual constraints between subsystems, as well as the process of data exchange between them, are analyzed. Proper management of the interaction between these systems will help companies increase their competitiveness and profitability.
