CORPORATE CULTURE OF TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
The transport system plays an important role in ensuring sustainable development. This is due to the fact that transport is the most important tool for solving social, economic and technological problems, and its operation is accompanied by a negative impact on the environment, road accidents, and damage to human health. The innovative activities of enterprises, when supported by their sustainable development, involve not only the launch of new products or services, but also constant changes within the organisation. This has become an important requirement for the sustainable operation of enterprises in the context of digitisation and sustainable development. Managers, directors and CEOs of companies recognise the growing importance of organisational corporate culture for key performance indicators (profitability, competitiveness, innovation, business sustainability, etc.). The importance of organisational culture is increasing in the context of globalisation, digitisation and digitalisation of all processes, as well as the expansion of contacts and the growth of remote information exchange in the context of sustainable development. The purpose of the study is to investigate the peculiarities of forming the corporate culture of transport enterprises in the context of sustainable development and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. Planning, as an essential management function, allows to increase the social and environmental safety and economic efficiency of transport enterprises, and thus improve the quality of work. The corporate culture of transport enterprises plays a key role in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and determines the areas of interaction with the environment, employees and society as a whole. The main areas of modernisation of the corporate culture of transport companies in the context of sustainable development are: strengthening environmental responsibility (through reducing emissions, increasing energy efficiency, effective waste management); social responsibility (safety, social dialogue, community support); economic sustainability (introduction of innovations, rational use of resources, reduction of material consumption and increase in productivity).
