Analysis of the Musical Emotion Communication Effect of Western Brass Instrument Players
This study explores the emotional expression and transmission in brass instrument performance, focusing on techniques and strategies that enhance musicians' ability to convey emotion effectively. Key areas include the development of expressive abilities, technical optimization, psychological regulation, and cultural integration. Targeted training in articulation, breath control, and phrasing significantly improves emotional communication. Furthermore, emotion regulation techniques, such as cognitive reappraisal and mindfulness, contribute to psychological stability and enhanced performance quality. Integrating diverse musical traditions broadens the emotional range and deepens audience engagement. These findings highlight the importance of a multifaceted approach to improving brass performance expressiveness.
