The role of supply chain management in cost control and profit promotion
Under the background of intensifying global competition and rising market uncertainty, enterprises are facing double pressures of cost control and profit growth. Supply chain management, as the core link between production and consumption, its operational efficiency directly affects the cost structure and profit space of enterprises. The deep penetration of digital technology has promoted the evolution of the supply chain to the direction of intelligence and networking, but there are still adaptation faults in the integration of traditional management models and emerging technology tools, problems such as information islands, demand fluctuations, and logistics efficiency bottlenecks continue to restrict the effect of cost optimization. This paper systematically discusses the synergy mechanism of supply chain management in cost control and value creation, in order to provide a theoretical reference for enterprises to build a modern supply chain system with agility and anti-risk ability.
