Conditions for Maximum Discrepancies of Axes in Elliptic Flow
Event shape engineering is a critical technique in studying quark-gluon plasma, probing the initial state of collision and understanding anisotropic flow, which can be advanced by studying the elliptic flow. Parameters like ellipticity (2), triangularity (3), event plane angle for elliptic Flow (2), event Plane Angle for triangular Flow (3), and impact parameter (b) can influence the pattern of elliptic flow. This study aims to find how these parameters influence the difference between the major and minor axes of elliptic flows and the range of initial conditions that can give the largest 5% difference. A specific condition that can produce the maximum discrepancy is analyzed individually. Whats more, the relationship between the major and minor axes lengths and the number of participants, and their internal relationship are analyzed. These goals were achieved by analyzing the data of real75000 Pb Pb collision events under various conditions.
