SYNERGY OF MEDICAL-BIOLOGICAL DISCIPLINES AND ATHLETIC TRAINING AS A FOUNDATION FOR THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN SPORTS SCIENCES AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION
This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the synergistic interaction between medical-biological disciplines and the theory and methodology of athletic training as a fundamental basis for the professional preparation of future specialists in physical culture and sports. The study substantiates the relevance of an interdisciplinary approach in the educational process, emphasizing the integration of knowledge from exercise physiology, biomechanics, sports nutrition, adaptive biochemistry, clinical sports medicine, and rehabilitation technologies. This integration enhances the effectiveness of training processes and the professional competence of future specialists. The mechanisms of the body's adaptation to physical exertion are examined through the lens of systemic homeostatic regulation occurring within the cardiorespiratory, neuroendocrine, and musculoskeletal systems in response to controlled training loads. The study identifies biomechanical determinants that optimize movement patterns, as well as the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of musculoskeletal activity, contributing to injury prevention, increased energy efficiency, and improved technical and tactical preparation of athletes. Contemporary methodological paradigms in athletic training instruction are analyzed, including systemic, functional, adaptive, innovative, and competency-based approaches to professional training. The study highlights the role of functional diagnostics, heart rate variability assessment, biochemical monitoring, electromyography analysis, and digital analytical tools in personalizing the training process, modeling individualized physical development trajectories, and controlling recovery responses. Prospective directions for improving educational programs are justified, incorporating an interdisciplinary approach and modern trends in sports science. These include the application of artificial intelligence technologies for physiological parameter analysis, virtual simulations for biomechanical modeling of technical training, molecular genetic methods for predicting athletic potential, and integrated educational courses that emphasize the intersection of sports science, medicine, and rehabilitation. The study concludes that the effective professional preparation of future specialists in physical culture and sports requires the extensive integration of fundamental medical-biological knowledge into the methodological context of athletic training. This approach facilitates the development of highly qualified professionals capable of scientifically managing physical training, optimizing adaptation to physical exertion, and preventing sports injuries within the modern high-tech sports industry.
