Evolutionary Game Analysis on Shared Electric Bike Recycling Decisions between Government and Operators

To address the game-theoretic challenges in shared electric bike recycling between government and operators, this study develops an evolutionary game model to analyze their decision-making interaction mechanisms. By solving replicator dynamic equations and Jacobian matrices, we identify evolutionarily stable strategies. Using Matlab simulation tools, we quantify the threshold effects of environmental taxes and recycling subsidies on equilibrium decisions, revealing the critical synergy between policy incentives-penalties mechanisms and technical standards in enhancing recycling rates. This research provides quantitative decision-making support for resolving the dilemma between shared electric bike recycling and government regulatory oversight.
