A high-performance self-powered CsPbBr3 perovskite photodetector enabled by self-assembled monolayer interface engineering

We developed a self-powered photodetector using a SAM interlayer for defect passivation and electron blocking. The device shows low dark current, an on/off ratio of 7.6 × 10⁶, detectivity of 2.74 × 10¹² Jones under 365 nm light.
