Abstract

The study utilized the survey research design.A sample of 539 was used. For construct validity, the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) were used. The internal consistency analysis of the instrument was ascertained using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The simple percentages and frequency were employed for the presentation of demographic variables.Satorra-Bentler Test and Regression Analysis were used for test of hypotheses.Finding revealed that the presence of shared values among partners has a significant positive effect on project activity performance in Health Institutions in the South-East.Finding further revealed that that the presence of prior ties among partners has a significant positive effect on project outcome performance in Health Institutions in the South-East.The study recommended that health institutions in the South-East should prioritize the development and maintenance of shared values with their project partners, and that they should prioritize building and maintaining strong relationships with their partners.
