Comparison of diagnostic methods and the initial stage of treatment in patients with temporomandibular joint dysfunction
CBCT and TMJ MRI are informative diagnostic tools that can be effectively used in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with musculoskeletal dysfunction. Methods for determining the optimal position of the mandible using a hydrostatic mouth guard and TENS have shown their effectiveness at the therapeutic and diagnostic stage of rehabilitation of patients with musculoskeletal dysfunction of the TMJ.
