Organizational and pedagogical conditions for developing professional competence of future managers using digital didactic means

The article investigates the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the development of professional competence of future managers using digital didactics. The theoretical foundations of competence-based and integrative approaches in the professional training of managers, which involve the formation of the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities through the use of modern digital technologies, are considered. Ukrainian and foreign experience in implementing digital didactics in the educational process is analyzed, and key models that contribute to effective learning, including gamification and interactive learning methods, are identified.The impact of digital technologies, in particular learning management systems (LMS), multimedia resources, artificial intelligence and augmented reality, on the quality of training of future specialists is assessed. The author substantiates the need to improve the material and technical support of educational institutions, increase the digital competence of teachers, and adapt educational programs to the modern requirements of the business environment.The results of an empirical study conducted among students revealed the active use of digital tools in the educational process, but also demonstrated the limited use of specialized professional platforms. Prospects for further research are identified, in particular, to expand empirical studies of the impact of digital didactics on the quality of professional training of future managers.
