CONCEPT, STRUCTURE AND WAYS OF DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATION POTENTIAL OF AN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

The article considers the concept and structure of innovation potential of an industrial enterprise and suggests ways of its development. According to the authors, the innovation potential of an industrial enterprise is a set of interrelated resources, competencies and conditions that allow to carry out innovation activities. The authors emphasize the strategic vision of the management as the basis for the formation of the innovation potential of an industrial enterprise. They emphasize that the innovation potential of an industrial enterprise has a dynamic character and directly depends on its adaptability. The authors believe that the essence of the innovation potential of an industrial enterprise is not in the isolated presence of its elements, but in their systemic interaction. The authors consider the improvement of innovation potential of an industrial enterprise as a multidimensional process that requires the synchronization of strategy, technology, human resources and external relations.
