DIGITAL CONTRACT IN THE SYSTEM OF STATE AND MUNICIPAL PROCUREMENT: FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT, CONCLUSION AND EXECUTION

The author examines the specifics of the development, conclusion and execution of state and municipal contracts in the system of state and municipal procurement in comparison with the traditional form. Special attention is paid to typical violations committed by state and municipal customers at the initial stage of the mandatory introduction of digital contracts. The findings of the study can be useful for specialists of procurement departments of budgetary institutions, as well as tender managers of supplier companies for state and municipal needs.
