METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH TO ASSESSING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INVESTMENT MEGAPROJECTS IN CONSTRUCTION DURING THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOURIST INFRASTRUCTURE

Achieving the goals of the National Project “Tourism and Hospitality Industry” requires the activation of infrastructure development of tourist territories, which can only be achieved through the implementation of investment and construction megaprojects for the creation of tourist clusters. The specificity of megaprojects in terms of resource intensity and a high degree of risk leads to the need to assess a number of effects, including social and synergistic ones, arising from the influence of the development of a tourist cluster on related industries. State participation in megaprojects for the creation of tourist infrastructure requires taking into account budget efficiency. Therefore, the article proposes a methodological approach to assessing the effect of a megaprooject for the development of tourist infrastructure at the stage of concept and planning of investment activities.
