Enhanced Quality Assurance and Traceability Through Smart Logistics Across Global Supply Chain Networks
The logistics sector in India is marked by notable inefficiencies because of poor routing, erratic demand, and fragmented infrastructure. Although earlier studies have used artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to optimize certain parts of logistics, these approaches frequently fail in dynamic, real-time situations. In order to improve logistics operations, this article suggests a holistic, AI-driven framework that combines real-time route optimization, dynamic pricing, fraud detection, and predictive analytics. We demonstrate how the proposed AI/ML-focused business model gets around the drawbacks of current systems, offering a scalable and adaptable solution that raises the cost-efficiency and service quality of commodities transportation throughout India.
