Notch filter based Readout Interface for Hall-effect sensors for DC and High-Frequency Currents
A readout interface is designed for Hall-effect sensors with the capability to process DC and high-frequency signals while rejecting the offset. The readout interface utilizes 4-way current spinning technique for offset modulation, and a notch filter to eliminate the modulated Hall-effect offset. This implemented filtering preserves the high-frequency components of the Hall-effect voltage, resulting in an extended bandwidth of the readout interface greater than 10 MHz. This provides the interface with the capability to detect both DC and highfrequency currents.
