Transformation of psychosomatic reactions: opportunities of ecofacilitation and artificial intelligence
The article examines the process of transforming psychosomatic reactions or responses through ecological psychological facilitation (ECPF) and artificial intelligence. An ecofacilitative model for the transformation of psychosomatic reactions has been developed, characterized by multidimensionality, dialectical nature, cyclicality, and technological adaptability. An anonymized transcript of an AI-assisted session is analyzed as a case study, revealing the mechanism for converting somatic reactions from an automatic defensive response into a conscious tool for personal development. A three-phase dynamic of somatic reaction transformation is identified: from a blocking mechanism through awareness of protective functions to integration into new adaptive strategies. Understanding of socio-psychological immunity (SPI) is deepened through analysis of its somatic component, which ensures behavioral regulation, development of psychological sensitivity, and integration of bodily experience. The effectiveness of AI assistance as a tool for developing distributed introspective reflection is confirmed, creating a safe space for exploring bodily experience and supporting the natural rhythm of awareness. The potential for integrating the ecofacilitative approach, psychosomatic experience, and AI technologies in the dynamics of personal transformation is substantiated. Practical recommendations are formulated for using psychosomatic reactions as a resource for self-help and personal development.
