OS IMPACTOS NA EXECUÇÃO DE OBRAS RESIDENCIAIS DE ALTO PADRÃO: ANÁLISE DA IMPORTÂNCIA DA COMPATIBILIZAÇÃO DE PROJETOS

The study analyzes the impacts of the compatibility of executive and complementary projects in the construction of high-end residences, aiming at quality and safety for users. The research seeks to understand the stages of execution of the work, identify the problems caused by the lack of compatibility and find digital tools to optimize the process. The methodology uses a bibliographic review and case studies of high-end residential projects with compatibility problems, to identify common errors and their consequences. The results show that the lack of alignment between plumbing and electrical projects resulted in difficulties in execution, the need for rework and compromised structural safety. The research concludes that efficient project compatibility is crucial to avoid errors, waste and rework, promoting greater satisfaction and longevity for buildings.
