THE REVIEW OF AVALIBLE TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF WATER SOLUBLE PHOSPHORUS-CONTAINING FERTILIZERS
The article presents a review of current scientific works on the development of technologies, experimental research results and theoretical foundations for the production of the main water-soluble phosphorus-containing fertilizers: monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate and monopotassium phosphate. The production of water-soluble fertilizers, especially phosphorus-containing ones, is an actively developing area of chemical technology, which is confirmed by the launch of new and the increase in capacity of existing production facilities. The main methods for obtaining these compounds in industrial practice are indifitied: conversion, neutralization and purification of granulated fertilizers. A separate method is indifitied in which the release of crystalline product after neutralization stage is carried out using an organic phase acting as a salting agent. Based on the results of the analysis, the authors concluded that the neutralization method, which is the most technologically complex, is the best suited for large enterprises with their own production of wet-process phosphoric acid, while the method based on the purification of granulated fertilizers will be best applied in the conditions of small local production, as the simplest in organization and not requiring the use of additional raw materials. The conversation method, which allows producing a wide range of fertilizers without changing the process flow chart, is suitable for productions seeking to expand the range and aimed at producing various products. This article systematizes current materials on the production of water-soluble phosphorus-containing fertilizers and can be used to determine the level of development of the problem when performing a literature review and planning scientific work.
