The study is based on primary data that has been collected from 384 entrepreneurs using a structured questionnaire from six districts in each division, i.e., Yamuna Nagar (39), Faridabad (93), Gurugram (103), Hisar (49), Sonipat (40), and Panipat (60), following the using the Krejcie and Morgan (1970) table. The data have been analysed using SPSS-29 with statistical tools, i.e., frequency, mean, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and percentage. The study found that entrepreneurs in the state faced personnel-related issues, i.e., low cooperation among employees, family problems, strikes, high labour costs, a lack of skilled workers, a lengthy recruitment process, lack of continuous training to employees, and ineffective training, based on various independent variables. Further, the study recommended that welfare services, distinct refresher courses, workshops, and seminars on skill development, as well as competitive salaries, are required to overcome these challenges and reduce staff turnover.
