This study aims to find the correlation between preference factors on employment preparation, career preparation behavior, and employment intention for university students and use it as basic data for university student management. The results of this study are as follows.First, it was confirmed that only growth potential among the preference factors on employment preparation was correlated with career preparation behavior.Information such as exchange students, standard field training semester system, university student supporters, recruitment briefing sessions of public and private companies, and special lectures on personnel teams should be provided.Second, it was found that career preparation behavior was correlated with employment intention 1.For university students to collect information to achieve their career goals and make specific plans, active programs should be supported to prepare for employment by operating mentor and mentee programs with seniors who have succeeded in employment.Third, among preference factors on employment preparation, only employment security was found to be correlated with employment intention 1.It was confirmed that among the factors of preference for employment destinations, only growth potential was correlated with employment intention 2. Therefore, companies should prepare a system for recruiting talent with attractive welfare and annual salary systems and should not spare a certification system for growth potential and national support for self-development.
