Improving the System of Registering the RIAs of Scientific and Educational Organizations Subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia

The article deals with the issues of creating analytical information environment – the agriculture database for monitoring, registering and analysis of the results of intellectual activity (RIAs). The algorithms of the data base services for the systematization and analytical processing, excerpts options for data analysis are presented. Proposals for the development and improvement of the conditions for the effective use and commercialization of RIAs related to agriculture are given. The results of the analysis of the RIAs through the use of the developed information services are presented.
