Non-nutritive-Sweetened Beverages Are Similar to Water in SSBs Reduction: Strategies to Oppose Sugars With Non-nutritive Sweeteners or Water (STOP Sugars NOW) Trial
Conclusions: Malnutrition is common in ESRD patients undergoing HD and PD.Age, PD, income, long vintage of renal replacement therapy, HGS, and TSF significantly affected DMS.DMS, HGS, and TSF could be integrated into nutritional assessments in the future to create a comprehensive tool for predicting nutritional status.A comprehensive treatment plan for individuals with ESRD undergoing dialysis should consider all of these factors to minimize the development of malnutrition.
