Adaptation of a Food and Nutrition Security-Related Resource Needs Survey as Part of a Personalized Approach to Address Food and Nutrition Security and Diet (PAAND)
Objectives: Project PAAND is a personalized screen-and-refer method that aims to inform refinements to the current standard of care for Community Health Workers (CHWs) addressing food and nutrition security in marginalized communities. PAAND consists of a food and nutrition insecurity screener and a comprehensive food and nutrition Resource Needs Survey (RNS). The RNS is used to identify food and nutrition related needs of individuals and refer them to resources that are tailored to their specific needs.
