Research on the Transformation Mechanism of Integrating Traditional Culture into Psychological Education in Universities

中华优秀传统文化是高校心理育人的重要资源，其蕴含的“自强不息”“知行合一”等思想与高校心理育人目标一致，能有效培养兼具文化底蕴与心理素养的人才。但这一融合过程面临教师素养提升、知识体系转化、学生兴趣引导等挑战。本文从文化根基、教育体系、协同育人等方面提出融合路径，建议通过课程设计、师资培养等策略实现传统文化与心理教育的有机融合，达成“以文育心”的育人目标，为高校心理育人提供新思路。Chinese excellent traditional culture serves as a vital resource for psychological education in universities. Core concepts such as “unceasing self-improvement” and “unity of knowledge and action” align with the goals of psychological education, effectively cultivating talents with both cultural literacy and psychological well-being. However, this integration process faces challenges including enhancing teacher competencies, transforming knowledge systems, and guiding student engagement. This paper proposes integration pathways from perspectives of cultural foundation, educational systems, and collaborative education, suggesting strategies such as curriculum design and faculty development to achieve organic integration between traditional culture and psychological education. The ultimate goal is to realize “cultivating the mind through culture”, offering new insights for psychological education in higher education.
