Expressions of Environmental Awareness in the 21st Century
This research examines the manifestations and degrees of environmental consciousness among people in the 21st century. This study seeks to examine the manifestation of environmental consciousness in everyday life and the elements that impact this awareness, in light of increasing worries over climate change, pollution, and sustainability. The study used a sample of 124 respondents, using descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing to analyze relationships between awareness levels and demographic variables. The results demonstrate that education and access to digital media substantially influence environmental consciousness. The research indicates that persons witsh advanced educational credentials and regular interaction with digital platforms are more inclined to participate in environmentally sustainable practices. Younger generations have more tendencies toward sustainable behaviors, underscoring generational swings in beliefs. Urban respondents had marginally elevated awareness levels, presumably attributable to increased exposure to environmental communications. The findings highlight the need of incorporating environmental education into official curriculum and using media channels for public participation. This study enhances comprehension of how educated awareness may lead to responsible environmental action. The study ultimately promotes targeted measures to enhance environmental knowledge and engagement among various demographic groups.
