MORAL VALUES AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION: THE PHILOSOPHY OF HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT

This article examines the relationship between physical education and spiritual-moral development of personality from philosophical, psychological, and pedagogical perspectives. Moral values and physical culture were analyzed as components of holistic human development. It draws on the ideas of great thinkers who established a connection between the body and the soul. Kyrgyz folk wisdom demonstrates the place of spiritual and physical education in the national mentality. Physical and spiritual balance is a key condition for developing a compassionate and responsible personality. The pedagogical model can serve as a base for integrating moral and physical education into the Kyrgyz Republic's education system.
