With the advancement of artificial intelligence and big data, modern smart education creates an environment that promotes individualized learning through innovative methods. Examines the problem of educational resource shortages for teaching Russian in Chinese secondary schools. Proposes using existing platforms (DingTalk, Seewo Whiteboard) and original materials to create a "smart classroom" model based on the principles of "one center, two subjects, three stages, three integrations, four aspects, and multi-level assessment." The model combines online and offline methods through preparation, interactive learning, and extended assignments. Artificial intelligence tools enable individualized assessments to develop students' language skills, cultural awareness, and cognitive abilities.
