EDUCATING YOUTH BASED ON NATIONAL TRADITIONS
This study explores the integration of national traditions into Kyrgyzstan's education system, considering the challenges of globalization and the preservation of cultural identity. Analyzed folk customs such as “tushoo kesüü” and “süyünchü berüü” to foster patriotism and moral values. It examines methods of incorporating ethnocultural values into educational programs, including courses on “Kyrgyz elinin ürp-adattary” and projects under Presidential Decree No. 369. Declining interest in the “Manas” epic, weakening native language skills, and Western cultural influence were found. It proposes strengthening family roles, using digital platforms for traditions, and modernizing curricula to contribute to social cohesion and cultural heritage preservation
