On the basis of the existing research, this paper will deeply discuss the legal responsibilities of the third-party electronic payment platforms in different scenarios, combined with the latest laws and regulations, put forward more clear and specific responsibility identification standards and improvement suggestions, in order to provide strong legal support for the healthy development of the third-party electronic payment industry.
