CanCer assoCiated Fibroblasts in Human PdaCDuring pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) progression, cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) undergo dynamic changes, much like vines clinging to trees.The thorny vines represent CDCP1+FTL+ CAFs, which exhibit resistance to ferroptosis inducers (symbolized by the woodpecker).Simultaneously, CAFs secrete various chemokines, akin to blossoms on vines attracting butterflies, thereby promoting the infiltration of myeloid cells.
