Occupational factors and pityriasis as railway track fitter disease
Conducted clinical, laboratory and sanitary-hygienic studies presented in clinical case show that many years of work under conditions of high humidity, high temperatures, physical overloads, chemical, physical factors combined exposure (3.1 hazard subclass) leads to changes in the quantity, quality, sebum and sweat pH, and as a result, railway trach fitter work related disease — widespread pityriasis and sensitization to Malassezia.
