Dibenzothiophene sulfone-based n-type emissive organic semiconductor

We designed and synthesized an n-type luminescent organic semiconductor, DPIDBSO. The symmetric silver electrode-based DPIDBSO OLET devices showed obvious n-type electroluminescence with a stationary emission zone.
