Tailoring electromagnetic interference shielding properties in sandwich architectures made with low-concentration multi-walled CNT–reinforced PDMS
A multilayered PDMS nanocomposite with 3 wt% MWCNTs achieves ∼25 dB EMI shielding at 0.7 mm via absorption-dominant mechanisms. Interface engineering and tunable design enable scalable, sustainable, and high-performance EMI mitigation.
