System Architecture and Key Technologies of Integrated Sensing Communication and Identification System for Low-Altitude Detection

In order to solve the potential risks such as privacy, flight conflict and data security brought by the lack of management of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs), and realize the rapid detection and identification of UAVs, this paper proposes an Integrated Sensing Communication and Identification System (ISCIS) architecture for low-altitude detection, and gives the process of realizing UAV's detection and identification based on this architecture. The scheme realizes the sensing of position and speed and ID identification of UAVs at the same time. Compared with the existing research schemes, the low-altitude detection scheme based on ISCIS is easily deployed and low-cost, which can better meet the management needs of the UAV operation supervision departments.
