Research on Reactive Power Optimization System of Power Grid under High Proportion of Clean Energy
With the high proportion of clean energy connected to the power grid, its output shows significant volatility and uncertainty due to natural factors. Traditional reactive power compensation and voltage control strategies are difficult to cope with, resulting in increased difficulty in grid voltage control and prominent voltage quality problems. Concurrently, the dynamic nature of clean energy integration is causing continuous evolution in power grid structures. To address these challenges, the establishment of a reactive power optimization system proves essential. Such a system effectively regulates grid reactive power, ensures voltage quality, reduces grid losses, enhances clean energy utilization capacity, meets user power quality requirements, and elevates the grid's intelligence level. The implementation of this system is expected to yield considerable economic and social benefits for power grid operations.
