Research on Interdigitated Electrode Biosensor in the Screening of Aflatoxin M1 in Dairy Products
Aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) poses a serious threat to the health of humans and animals. The public health risks arising from its entry into the food chain are of great severity and urgency and cannot be ignored. To achieve rapid and sensitive detection of AFM1, this study utilized an interdigitated electrode biosensor to detect AFM1 in milk and conducted a fitting analysis of the experimental results. The experimental results show that the detection range of AFM1 in milk by the interdigitated electrode is from 1 pg/mL to 10 ng/mL, the recovery rate is between 98.7% and 99.9%, and the relative standard deviation is between 0.395% and 5.03%. The interdigitated electrode biosensor has high sensitivity, accuracy, and stability for the detection of AFM1 in milk. It has broad application prospects. It not only demonstrates excellent performance in the efficient detection of AFM1 but also has exciting potential in the field of electrochemical rapid detection of various foods.
