Analysis on the Operation of Inter-Provincial Multi-Channel Centralized Bidding Transaction in Power Market
The continuous deepening of the construction of the national unified power market has led to the gradual expansion of the scale of inter-provincial medium- and long-term market entities and trading channels. The traditional single-channel transaction mode, primarily relying on bilateral agreements and listing, struggles to meet the demand of large-scale optimal allocation of power resources, and the efficiency of trading organization needs to be improved. Inter-provincial multi-channel centralized bidding transaction came into being. However, with the regular organization of transactions, operation monitoring and risk prevention have become urgent problems to be solved. In this regard, this paper first introduces the inter-provincial multi-channel centralized bidding trading mechanism, then summarizes the current situation and effectiveness of the trading operation, and finally thinks about and looks forward to the future construction direction of trading mechanism, aiming at supporting the improvement of the decision-making level of transaction operation.
