Enhance Quality of Service in Mobile Ad-hoc Networks through Advanced Multi-Path Routing
A mobile ad hoc network is a adaptable and changing network that does not depend on physical environment; it is very useful in remote areas. Ensuring Quality of Service (QoS), which is essential for sustaining performance in a variety of applications, is one of the core needs for MANETs. This paper presents QoS involve analyzing important characteristics including end-to-end delay, packet loss ratio, and packet delivery ratio. Because of the changing topology, rare resources, and sensitivity to link failures, MANETs provide difficulties in achieving high QoS. The quality of this problem is improved by designing multiple paths between source and destination nodes and taking multipath routing into practice. By advance multipath routing, MANETs can better support applications that are important by improving performance and data privacy
