Design and Simulation of Intelligent Thermal Insulation Protection System
To address the challenges of electronic components malfunctioning in high-temperature and hypersonic flow environments, the high cost of heat-resistant components, and the expensive research and development process, this study proposes a thermal protection system composed of air-cooling protection, cooling air ducts, and a data acquisition and control system. The system is established through model simplification and grid meshing, constructs a thermal protection layer using novel insulation materials, and employs an intelligent control system to optimize key influencing factors (e.g., air flow rate, wind speed) in real time. This enables precise control of internal temperatures for test motors, sensors, and air inlet/outlet temperatures within the system. Experimental results indicate that the average temperature of the motor and the average temperature of the air threshold in this system do not exceed 50°C, meeting the normal operating temperature range for electronic components.
