Research on Synergistic Interaction Between Electric Vehicles and Distributed Photovoltaics Under the Background of New Power Systems

This paper systematically analyzes the synergistic interaction between electric vehicles (EVs) and distributed photovoltaics (PV) within the context of emerging power systems. We propose a multi-level coordinated dispatch strategy and introduce innovative business models designed to enhance renewable energy consumption while maintaining grid stability. Our work explicitly considers the impact of dynamic grid topology changes on dispatch strategies and investigates the coupling between business model innovations and grid technology implementation, including the feedback effects that evolving market mechanisms exert on grid operations. In addition, we conduct robustness analyses under extreme operational scenarios to assess the practical applicability of our strategies. The outcomes provide both a theoretical basis and practical guidelines for the efficient coordination of sources, grids, loads, and storage, thereby supporting the development of next-generation power systems.
