Energy Efficiency Optimal Control of Multi-Unit Systems

This paper presents several energy efficiency optimization cases of multi-unit systems composed of equipment with the same efficiency, equipment with similar efficiency, and equipment with different efficiency. For a multi-unit system composed of equipment with the same or similar energy efficiency, the optimal load distribution method between equipment is to keep the load rate of each operating equipment equal; for a multi-unit system composed of equipment with different energy efficiency, the optimal load distribution method between equipment is to keep the load rate of each operating equipment approximately equal, that is, Yao's Theorem 1. When the number of equipment is switched, the overall operating efficiency of the multi-unit system is equal or the equipment is at the maximum load point, that is, Yao's Theorem 2. Yao's Theorem 1 and Yao's Theorem 2 are both proposed by the author for the first time.
