An Autonomous Charging System for A Two Wheeled Movable Robot

This paper designs an autonomous charging system for a two-wheeled mobile robot. The system utilizes LiDAR to identify a charging station with a specific structure, collects and processes data to determine the target point, and employs a feedback control law to achieve smooth motion of the robot. Ultimately, the robot precisely docks with the charging station and total the charging job.

Abstract

This paper designs an autonomous charging system for a two-wheeled mobile robot. The system utilizes LiDAR to identify a charging station with a specific structure, collects and processes data to determine the target point, and employs a feedback control law to achieve smooth motion of the robot. Ultimately, the robot precisely docks with the charging station and total the charging job.
