Optimization Algorithm for Photovoltaic Distribution Network Based on Improved Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization
Aiming at the problems of distribution networks containing a high percentage of distributed power sources in terms of source-load uncertainty and coordination of multiple reactive power compensation devices. In this paper, we propose an optimization strategy based on an improved multi-objective particle swarm technique. The strategy firstly targets on-load regulator transformers and capacitor banks with discrete outputs, takes the active fluctuation of the distribution network and the voltage deviation of the PV grid-connected points as the objectives, introduces the miniature habitat technique to improve the particle swarm algorithm, and adopts the algorithm to solve the model. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified by the IEEE 33-node example. The optimization strategy ensures the security of the whole network and accurately controls the weak nodes in the distribution network, which provides an important guarantee for the economic and reliable operation of the distribution network.
