Research on Leakage Magnetic Signal Detection of Steel Wire Rope Damage
A denoising method based on CEEMDAN (Complete Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition with Adaptive Noise) and wavelet thresholding is proposed to address the noise interference in leakage magnetic signal detection for steel rope damage. A steel rope damage model is established using COMSOL finite element simulation software, and the leakage magnetic field characteristics at different lift-off values are analyzed. The CEEMDAN algorithm is used to decompose the signal into multiple intrinsic mode functions, which are then denoised using wavelet thresholding. Experimental results show that this method can effectively remove Gaussian white noise and high-frequency interference, significantly improving the signal-to-noise ratio and enhancing the accuracy of damage detection.
