Path Optimization Model for Tandem Rectangular Rigid Bodies Based on Spiral Paths
With the increasing demand for the application of path planning in motion control of complex systems, how to design efficient and safe paths in limited space has become an important research topic. The article takes the Bench Dragon dance team as the research object, combines its motion path characteristics, and constructs a spiral path optimization model, which provides a theoretical reference for the path planning problem of tandem rectangular rigid body system. Firstly, based on the geometrical characteristics of the screw thread, the pitch optimization model is established, and the key parameters to avoid collision are analyzed through the separation axis theorem; Secondly, based on the actual data, the optimization model of the turnaround path is constructed, and the space utilization rate and motion safety of the turnaround path are optimized through the path characteristics of the two tangent circular arcs; Lastly, the reasonableness of the constructed model is analyzed in combination with the actual problems, and the validity and practical value of the optimized path is verified. The constructed model has high application value, effectively avoids collision in the process of movement, improves the efficiency of path design and safety of movement, and can provide scientific basis for the path optimization of complex tandem rigid body system in practical engineering.
