Stability Control of Off-grid Photovoltaic Systems Using DC-DC Converters with MPPT Strategy
The paper discusses the design and optimization of a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) photovoltaic controller based on the STM32G431 microcontroller for off-grid solar power systems. Key features include the use of a DC-DC Buck converter, PI regulation, and the FreeRTOS operating system for real-time control. Experimental results highlight improved system efficiency, stability, and power output under varying sunlight conditions, thus making the controller effective for renewable energy applications.
