STM32-Based Wireless Charging Monitoring System Design

In this study, a wireless charging monitoring system based on STM32 microcontroller is designed to monitor and optimize the power transmission process by combining electromagnetic induction wireless charging technology. The system consists of a power transmission module and a circuit monitoring module, the former using a 5V/500mA transmitter/receiver coil for wireless energy transmission and stabilizing the energy supply through a voltage regulator and energy storage circuit, and the latter using an ACS712 Hall effect sensor and an ADC module for real-time acquisition of analog quantities and visualization through a 1602 display. Experimental tests show that the system is able to effectively monitor the current and voltage and energy storage status during the wireless charging process. Through zero correction, the overall relative error of current measurement is reduced from 12.6% to 1.6%, and the average absolute error is reduced from 0.126A to 0.016A, which significantly improves the measurement accuracy. In addition, the power supply capability test shows that the supercapacitor can stably drive a small fan for about 81 seconds with an average power of 0.624W, which verifies the feasibility of the system. This research provides an effective solution for monitoring and optimization of wireless charging technology, which can be applied to smart devices, electric transportation and other fields.
