Hierarchical Economic Dispatch for Energy Internet Based on Price Quota Curves

This paper addresses the evolving role of the energy internet in the electricity market and the conflicts of interest arising from distributed energy sources. It proposes a hierarchical economic dispatch strategy for the energy internet, based on price quota curves. Utilizing Internet of Things technology, the distribution network is modeled as a regional energy internet, with the price quota curve facilitating the clearing process between the regional network and the public grid. The local energy internet aggregates distributed energy resources according to their attribution rights and incentivizes synergies between these resources and the distribution grid through dynamic pricing mechanisms. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated through simulation.
